1. Will it work on a hose reel ?

Answer: Yes, as long as the joint is properly connected.

2. Does the hose need to clean every day after using ?How to clean?

Answer: I wouldn't clean my hose everyday. It's too tired for me. Usually I Clean it once a month. I will pour some warm salt water into the hose and shake my hose several times.Then through the water to clean again. I think it can remove some bacteria.

3. Can the hose be left out in sunlight?

Answer: I don't know why not. Mine are new this year but I'm leaving them out. Only hoses I don't leave out are the expandable hoses.
